Meter Reading Upgrade Project

PROJECT TIMELINE : JULY 2022 - SEPTEMBER 2022

OVERVIEW
After several meetings with the service providers PMT, to try and resolve the problems with the excessive costs reflecting as common water and electricity, it was decided that a full audit needed to be done. The decision was also made to engage with a new service provider ERO.

                   Equipment upgrades and replacements           R  15 000

AUDIT FINDINGS
1) Use of Fire extinguisher hoses is cause of the high common water usage.
2) Faulty meters have resulted in inaccurate readings for some units
3) Unsecure DB boards pose high risk for tampering.
